Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to the TravBizz website, software products, portals, integrations, implementation and related services provided by Webfreeze Solution Private Limited.

A signed proposal, order form, statement of work, subscription plan or separate agreement may contain additional commercial and technical terms. If there is a conflict, the signed document will control for that engagement.

1. Acceptance and authority

By accessing or using TravBizz, requesting work, purchasing a subscription or accepting an order, you agree to these Terms. If you act for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Services

TravBizz may provide B2C/B2B CRM software, white-label booking portals, hotel booking portals, package and itinerary builders, travel websites, API integrations, custom development, implementation, training and support. Features, scope, timelines, usage limits and deliverables are those stated in the applicable proposal, plan or agreement.

3. Accounts and acceptable use

  • Account details must be accurate and access credentials must be kept confidential.
  • You are responsible for users, permissions, activities and data within your account.
  • You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt systems, introduce malicious code, infringe rights, or use TravBizz for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity.
  • You must comply with laws, supplier rules, API terms and industry obligations applicable to your business.

4. Fees, taxes and payment

Fees, billing frequency, taxes, deposits and payment milestones are specified in the relevant commercial document. Unless otherwise stated, payments are due without deduction and applicable taxes are additional. Late or failed payment may result in suspension after reasonable notice, except where immediate action is required to prevent loss or misuse.

5. Third-party services and travel inventory

TravBizz may connect to airlines, hotels, suppliers, payment gateways, messaging services, maps and other third parties. Their inventory, prices, availability, confirmations, cancellations, refunds, content and service levels are controlled by those providers. TravBizz does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the accuracy of third-party content and is not the travel supplier unless expressly stated.

6. Customer data and privacy

You retain rights in data submitted by you or your authorized users. You grant us the limited right to host, process, transmit, back up and use that data as needed to provide, secure and improve the contracted service. You are responsible for having lawful authority and providing required notices or consents for personal data uploaded to TravBizz. Our handling of website and account information is described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual property

TravBizz, its software, designs, documentation, trademarks, templates, source code, workflows and related materials remain owned by Webfreeze Solution Private Limited or its licensors unless a signed agreement expressly transfers specified rights. Customer-specific deliverables and licences are governed by the relevant proposal or agreement. No rights are granted by implication.

8. Confidentiality

Each party should protect non-public business, technical and commercial information received from the other and use it only for the agreed purpose. This does not apply to information that is public without breach, independently developed, lawfully received from another source or required to be disclosed by law.

9. Availability, support and changes

We work to keep services reliable but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, security events, internet failures, supplier outages and circumstances beyond reasonable control may affect availability. Support scope and response targets depend on the purchased plan or agreement.

10. Suspension and termination

Either party may terminate according to the relevant order or agreement. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security risk, unlawful activity or misuse. On termination, outstanding fees remain payable. Data export or deletion will follow the applicable agreement, retention rules and technical backup cycles.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, services are provided on an “as available” basis. We exclude implied warranties that cannot lawfully be required. Webfreeze Solution Private Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, data or business opportunity. Aggregate liability arising from a service will not exceed the fees paid for that affected service during the six months preceding the event, except where a different limit is stated in a signed agreement or where liability cannot legally be limited.

12. Indemnity

You agree to protect and compensate Webfreeze Solution Private Limited against third-party claims arising from unlawful use, customer-provided content, violation of supplier or API terms, infringement caused by your materials, or breach of these Terms, subject to applicable law.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts having jurisdiction in Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless the applicable signed agreement provides another dispute-resolution process.

14. Changes and contact
